Summary

LastPass is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruiting efforts, manage recruitment systems, develop best practices, analyze recruitment metrics, maintain compliance with employment laws, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes. The role requires proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, solid understanding of recruitment processes, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), exceptional organizational skills, analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with Greenhouse
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, coupled with a relentless drive to get things done
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth organization and efficient feedback gathering
  • Ensure that every interaction with candidates is positive, professional, and reflects LastPass's commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage recruitment systems and tools, including applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, and recruitment marketing platforms
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for talent acquisition operation
  • Own various recruiting process functions, from document management to background check results collection
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, safeguarding a fair and inclusive recruitment process
  • Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TraceHQ, headcount planning tool
  • Experience with HireRight, background check tool
