Summary

VTI Life Sciences seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist with GMP Pharmaceutical Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV), and Automation recruiting experience. The position will assist with the recruitment process, maintain an applicant tracking system, and support VTI Senior Recruiter's established sourcing systems.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree in a related discipline
• Must have 2+ years of successful experience recruiting validation and technical resources for contract/consultant roles and FTE candidates in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biologics, or Life Sciences Industries in one or more of the following disciplines: GMP Manufacturing Equipment and Facilities, Commissioning, Qualification, Validation and Automation
• Ability to assist with reporting, audits, or other assigned recruiting functions
• Must be able to partner with an Operations team to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and other recruiting activities
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VTI Senior Recruiters regularly and proactively to identify hiring needs
• Conduct full cycle recruiting including sourcing, phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
• Update job descriptions and postings
• Source a pipeline of technical candidates by utilizing internal database, sourcing partners, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
• Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative strategies
• Develop a network of business and candidate contacts
• Provide recruiting metrics to the VTI Operations Team
• Establish relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Support Senior Recruiter, Business Development group, and HR with onboarding new candidates
