Summary

Join Segula Technologies as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) and lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and present qualified slates to hiring teams. Represent Airbus’ employment value proposition, coordinate interview and offer processes, and manage recruitment events. Support workforce planning, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to talent pipeline development. Ensure a seamless candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback. This remote position requires residing near Wichita, KS; Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, VA; or Mobile, AL, with occasional on-site visits and up to 15% domestic travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and recruitment compliance (EEO, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Expertise in online and social media recruiting platforms
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting in competitive and high-volume environments
  • Knowledge of local labor markets and hiring trends
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the organization
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including cold outreach and talent networking
  • Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and present qualified slates to hiring teams
  • Represent Airbus’ employment value proposition to prospective candidates
  • Coordinate interview and offer processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers
  • Manage recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives
  • Support workforce planning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs
  • Contribute to talent pipeline development and diversity outreach
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide timely communication, feedback, and support during onboarding
  • Promote Airbus culture and values throughout the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in aerospace or related industries is highly preferred
