Summary

Join AutoLeap, a leading shop management SaaS provider, as a proactive and organized Sr. Talent Ops & Engagement Associate! Support North American talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employer branding. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, managing engagement programs, and assisting with high-visibility initiatives. You will utilize our ATS, LinkedIn, and other job boards to source candidates, execute employee engagement initiatives, manage employee gifting, update internal systems, and provide support on high-visibility projects. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and/or engagement, strong data skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This is a remote position requiring work from 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR support role, with a focus on recruiting and/or engagement preferred
  • Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with high visibility and deadlines
  • To be comfortable working independently and driving results in a remote work environment
  • Previous experience interfacing with North American teams and external vendors
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to task management and problem-solving
  • NOTE: You will be required to work from 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time

Responsibilities

  • Source and review resumes and candidate profiles to identify qualified candidates using our ATS, LinkedIn, and other job boards
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and event planning
  • Assist with managing employee gifting initiatives and ensure timely delivery of gifts for special occasions, milestones, and ad-hoc requests
  • Update internal systems with the latest employee information and maintain accurate records
  • Provide support on high-visibility projects related to talent acquisition, engagement, and employer branding
