Senior Tax Specialist

Summary

Join Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, as a Senior Tax Specialist. You will play a key role in the global tax compliance and strategy, working closely with the Tax Manager and team. Lead tax optimization efforts, participate in business model development with a focus on transfer pricing, and coordinate indirect and direct tax compliance. You will research tax matters, identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with third-party providers, and support tax audits. This role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Tax, and proven US tax knowledge. Requirements

• At least +4 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry, preferably working with US tax
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Tax
• Proven US tax knowledge and familiar to work with other jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel level
• You are a detail-oriented and organised worker
• Be fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit of tax opportunities and tax optimization to drive the business forward
• Participate in the company's business model with a focus on transfer pricing and documentation policies
• Coordinate and review the indirect and direct tax compliance processes in all relevant jurisdictions
• Research and analyze specific indirect and direct taxation matters and provide tailored advice
• Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities
• Collaborate with third-party service providers as required
• Work with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws
• Support all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)
• Contribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processes
