Tax Specialist

Summary

Join Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, as a Senior Tax Specialist. You will play a key role in the global tax compliance and strategy, working closely with the Tax Manager and team. Lead tax opportunities and optimization, participate in business model discussions focusing on transfer pricing, and coordinate indirect and direct tax compliance. You will research and analyze taxation matters, identify risks and planning opportunities, and collaborate with third-party providers. Ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws within the Finance & Accounting teams and support tax audits. Contribute to improving tax processes. Requirements

• At least +4 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry, preferably working with US tax
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Tax
• Proven US tax knowledge and familiar to work with other jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel level
• You are a detail-oriented and organised worker
• Be fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit of tax opportunities and tax optimization to drive the business forward
• Participate in the company's business model with a focus on transfer pricing and documentation policies
• Coordinate and review the indirect and direct tax compliance processes in all relevant jurisdictions
• Research and analyze specific indirect and direct taxation matters and provide tailored advice
• Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities
• Collaborate with third-party service providers as required
• Work with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws
• Support all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)
• Contribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processes
