Senior Technical Delivery Manager

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, architecture patterns, and relevant programming languages
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and experience with iterative development
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex technical projects within budget and timelines
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals
• Capability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and make informed decisions

Responsibilities

• Define technical project scope, break down tasks, and create detailed project plans
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across different teams
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings in an agile framework
• Provide technical expertise to the team, guiding architecture decisions and solution design
• Evaluate technical feasibility of requirements and identify potential risks
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and other technical staff
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders including clients, product owners, and senior management
• Manage expectations and address concerns effectively
• Identify potential project risks, and implement contingency plans when necessary
• Monitor project progress and implement contingency plans when necessary
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices through the development lifecycle
• Oversee testing process and manage defect resolutions
