Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Agile product owner experience
• Demonstrated experience with bringing multiple products to market
• Experience participating in planning, product release cycles and feature definition
• Experience providing product direction for web and/or mobile applications
• Experience with demos, vision, roadmap, value stream and project ROI
• Experience with prioritizing features, demos, enablers, and value streams
• Experience working with design teams and client business analyst
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories for development
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience working with technical teams
• Experience with Agile management tools like JIRA, Azure, or Trello
• Conversational English Level

Responsibilities

• Take the lead of Agile/Scrum teams as the product owner
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning and detailed user stories
• Collaborate with product management, business owners and other key stakeholders
• Preparation, hosting, and ownership of backlog refinements
• Responsible to prioritize and accept user stories
• Excellent leadership and communications skills required
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
