Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with program, project, and/or agile management in a technology organization
  • Experience and track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex, interrelated software projects at scale
  • Mastery of communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively distill complex status across the organization in consumable ways
  • Strong organizational awareness, able to represent and reinforce process and strategic boundaries, while encouraging conversations and feedback to adjust those boundaries
  • Deep experience in the Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, etc) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc) ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to guide and monitor intake, evaluation, solutioning, and requirements gathering for engineering projects and initiatives
  • Organize and maintain a long-term view of the software implementation program, and manage their impact on and contribution to the larger product and portfolio roadmaps
  • Manage clear communication of status, progress, and risks with stakeholders and executives
  • Coach engineering leads and product owners on building clear, predictable, executable plans, and adapting those plans throughout phases of discovery, research, and implementation
  • Proactively track, highlight, and resolve the various risks, blockers, dependencies across multiple engineering teams
  • Own the planning and tracking and reporting of larger (e.g. quarterly) planning cycles
