Summary

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring successful delivery of products and services. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or a related field, with a technical background and understanding of software and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in technical program management or a related field
• Technical background with a solid understanding of software and cloud technologies
• Experience in managing complex projects and releases in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline)

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of products and services
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex projects
• Coordinate multiple projects in various development states
• Align and manage a unified release process across all projects and teams
• Work closely with product management and go-to-market teams to understand project requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and identify process and information gaps
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes
