Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the social gaming, sports betting or related industry
- Understanding of sports gaming products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements
- Technical experience with the ability to understand and engage in discussions about software development, architecture, and technology
- Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, resource management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project execution from kick-off through completion while communicating project timelines, status, and risks
- Develop and advocate for standardized templates and unified workflows to streamline ways of working
- Provide day-to-day assistance to development teams while offering technical or operational guidance through supportive leadership
- Proactively address team challenges, focusing on both short-term solutions and long-term improvements
- Guide decision-making to maintain team momentum and mitigate project risks or dependencies
- Motivate teams under pressure while fostering a healthy team environment
- Efficiently manage team workflows using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Slack
