Requirements
- Familiarity with image generation AI technologies and tools such as Automatic1111, ComfyUI or similar open-source platforms
- Proven experience in digital or technical project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to launch
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a delivery squad, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within the squad
- Understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across multiple teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, with an ability to oversee quality in design-related deliverables
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, with a focus on proactively identifying and addressing project risks and roadblocks
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery
- Act as the liaison between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams, facilitating collaboration to maintain momentum and keep all teams informed on project status and next steps
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed tasks and deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the project scope remains clear and achievable
- Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, organise test sessions, and verify deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and UI/UX standards
- Develop, manage, and communicate release plans, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and readiness across departments
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed
- Lead daily standups, project check-ins, and other meetings, ensuring that each session is efficient and actionable, with clear priorities and next steps for the team
- Work with team leads to break down work into actionable tasks, guiding prioritisation based on business objectives and timelines
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities and progress
- Collaborate with the design team to review and approve UX/UI deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements and preparing presentations for final sign-offs
