Senior Technical Project Manager

Summary

Join our team in Germany as a Senior Technical Project Manager and translate client requirements into product backlogs. You will oversee the implementation of complex B2C and B2B projects, consulting clients, planning workshops, managing backlogs, developing roadmaps, and leading projects to launch. This agency role requires strong client communication and collaboration with internal teams. You will guide projects to success using your expertise in creation, strategy, quality, and technology. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in e-commerce, agile methodologies, and project management tools. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within e-commerce (B2C/B2B) or similar IT projects
• 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies and leading interdisciplinary teams
• HIGH working proficiency in both English and German (minimum of C1; written and spoken)
• IT agency experience
• A high sense of responsibility & ownership
• Willingness to steer, and make decisions to ensure the success of your projects
• Extensive knowledge of project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Deep skills in requirements engineering and scope management
• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills
• Empathetic communication and a confident appearance towards stakeholders
• Consulting expertise
• Experience in planning and conducting internal and external workshops
• The ability to work with and lead teams

Responsibilities

• Consulting our clients on the project scope in terms of e.g. features, priority and (business) impact
• Planning and executing project discovery phases together with our other craft experts
• Working closely with our delivery team to plan and execute project iterations and follow-up with the necessary ceremonies and meetings
• Owning the project scope and communicating progress and issues excellently both internally and with stakeholders / clients while working hand in hand with our project management
• Guiding our projects to success – by your diverse expertise in creation, strategy, quality and tech, and by involving external and internal stakeholders
