Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience working in project management space
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a team-first mentality
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical participants
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while motivating others

Responsibilities

  • Own technical projects from conception of scope to delivery of milestones within a fast paced environment
  • Work alongside Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders to identify and gather both business and technical requirements
  • Alongside project leadership, define clear roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables within the project workstream
  • Create and maintain project plans and relevant documentation with team members, including product, engineering leadership, and external third parties
  • Communicate clearly across teams and roles to ensure transparency of status, risks, and dependencies to both engineering and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, leads, and other members of the PMO team to escalate risks and blockers
  • Work efficiently to identify and quickly resolve changes in scope, schedules and resource requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certifications ( PMP , CAPM , PMI - ACP , PgMP , PMI - RMP , etc)
  • A passion and knowledge for sports and/or sports betting and iGaming
