Summary

Join Docker's remote-first team as a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract and play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies. Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing. Build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates. Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes. Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance. Drive exceptional candidate experience and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, remote environment. We are looking for someone strategic, resourceful, and passionate about delivering results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
  • Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies
  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment processโ€”from sourcing to closing
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates
  • Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout
  • Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
  • Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company
