Requirements

  • Possess a proven track record in technical recruiting (engineering, AI/ML, data science, infrastructure, product, etc.)
  • Demonstrate experience delivering in high-growth, high-expectation environments
  • Showcase a talent for market mapping, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates
  • Exhibit the temperament to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and high-visibility setting
  • Accumulate 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, focusing on software engineering, AI/ML, data science, infrastructure, and product roles
  • Showcase a proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent in high-growth, competitive environments
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including advanced Boolean search and the use of various recruiting tools and platforms
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical roles, including the ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
  • Show experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
  • Demonstrate proficiency in market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering
  • Possess strong analytical skills, using data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting processes
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Show adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methods
