Join Healthie as a Senior Technical Recruiter and play a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent. This remote position (US-based, preferably hybrid in NYC) involves full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles. You will proactively source candidates, manage the hiring process, attend events, and build strong relationships with talent. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you'll ensure a high-quality candidate experience and contribute to building diverse, high-performing teams. Success in this role requires strong technical sourcing expertise and experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Bring 2+ years of experience hiring for engineering, product, & data teams, with a strong understanding of technical roles, workflows, & hiring needs
- Are a strong technical sourcing expert, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and converting top-tier engineering and product talent
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Data teams, ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate experience
- Proactively source and engage top technical talent through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person hiring events
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring needs
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future hiring across technical functions
- Represent Healthie at in-person recruiting events and industry meetups to increase brand visibility and expand our network
- Collaborate with internal teams (People Ops, Engineering, Product, Marketing) to continuously improve our employer brand and hiring processes
- Track pipeline health, recruiting metrics, and conversion data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help foster a diverse, inclusive hiring culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in the healthcare or healthtech space, with familiarity around HIPAA-compliant environments and mission-driven teams
- Are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders—including Engineering and Product leadership—to drive strategic hiring conversations and workforce planning
- Operate with strong self-sufficiency and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged
- Demonstrate grit, resilience, and resourcefulness when navigating ambiguity or shifting priorities
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism across technical and non-technical audiences
- Move quickly while maintaining attention to detail, and are energized by building processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Benefits
The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year plus equity and annual bonus
