Summary

Join Hightouch as a Technical Recruiter and play a crucial role in building our engineering team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will have high visibility and significantly impact our growth as we aim to double our engineering team size within the next year. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong candidate relationships, source a high volume of candidates, and utilize creative sourcing strategies. Strong writing and data analysis skills are essential. This role offers a competitive salary ($160,000 - $200,000 USD annually), meaningful equity compensation (ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window), and is location-independent due to our remote-first policy.

Requirements

  • Works with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates (via both resumes and recruiter screens)
  • Builds close relationships with candidates and has a strong grasp of what each candidate is looking for and cares about
  • Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
  • Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
  • Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
  • Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work

Benefits
