You will collaborate with recruiting partners and hiring managers, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. You will provide actionable insights on industry trends and talent availability. You will maintain and analyze candidate data, producing regular reports. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with demonstrated expertise sourcing senior-level engineering and technical talent, ideally within high-growth technology environments
- Proven ability to strategically source passive candidates and convert them into active applicants
- Expert proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools/platforms such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the software engineering market, particularly within Poland
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, capable of managing multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment

Responsibilities
- Own and drive top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for technical roles, developing innovative and targeted sourcing plans to attract passive candidates
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, professional networks, communities, events, and social media platforms to build robust talent pipelines
- Initiate and nurture meaningful relationships with passive technical talent, acting as their first introduction to Apollo.io
- Craft engaging and personalized outreach communications to secure interest and drive candidate conversions
- Provide actionable insights on industry trends, talent availability, market conditions, and competitor intelligence to shape recruiting strategy
- Maintain and analyze candidate data in Greenhouse and other sourcing tools, producing regular reports on pipeline health and sourcing metrics
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and recruiting partners, aligning sourcing strategy to business priorities and talent needs
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices, ensuring diverse talent representation throughout candidate pipelines
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness
