Summary

Join Agility Robotics as a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) and lead top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for critical engineering roles in software, hardware, and robotics. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Identify and engage passive candidates through creative techniques, crafting personalized outreach to improve response rates. Track candidate activity and pipeline progress, share talent market insights, and contribute to sourcing best practices. This 6-month contract position offers the potential for extension and is based in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth tech environment
  • Strong sourcing skills across software and hardware domains
  • Proven ability to identify and engage top passive talent for highly specialized roles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own sourcing for technical roles across robotics, hardware, and software engineering
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, events, referrals, etc.)
  • Craft personalized outreach to drive engagement and improve response rates
  • Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using our ATS
  • Share talent market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Contribute to sourcing best practices, reporting, and continuous process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with leadership sourcing would be a plus
  • Familiarity with robotics, deep tech, or autonomy recruiting is a bonus
