Requirements
- 8+ years in QA, with 5+ years in test automation
- Strong experience with QA processes and tools
- Proficiency in .NET, and C#
- Experience with Selenium or Playwright, including building automated test frameworks from scratch
- Skills in API, performance, and integration testing
- Hands-on experience in manual testing
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and experience working within Agile teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong leadership skills, proactivity, work ownership, accountability
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Responsibilities
- Own the QA strategy for a high-speed, intense fintech project, increasing automation test coverage and driving continuous improvements in testing processes
- Help the QA team to increase test automation speed and coverage
- Streamline automated testing processes for efficiency
- Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright
- Conduct API, performance, and integration testing
- Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with the team to identify testing priorities
- Analyze test results, report defects, and provide actionable insights, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
- Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies
- Mentor junior QAs on best practices in test automation
- Create and maintain relevant test documentation
- Assist with manual testing when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
