Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience
  • Experience with managing high volume of Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds
  • Experience with debt obligations and credit facility covenants
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
  • Strong attention to detail; working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner
  • Solid analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage collateral requirements program, preparing all applications for Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds
  • Prepare Construction Loan Draw process for multiple projects and flow of funds with respect to monthly distributions
  • Prepare documents for compliance with debt obligations and credit facility covenants
  • Prepare daily cash position and payments execution
  • Maintain all aspects of bank account management including the opening, closing of accounts, and managing various online banking platforms
  • Review and update the weekly operating cash forecast
  • Support project financing by ensuring all treasury needs are identified and implemented in advance of transaction closings
  • Ensure Treasury internal policies and procedures are followed
  • Reconcile debt service payment amounts between bank invoices and internal schedules
  • Assist in maintaining an effective internal control environment with responsibility for quarterly SOX testing
  • Assist in implementation of Treasury Management System

Preferred Qualifications

  • CTP preferred
  • Banking/Solar Industry/Construction experience preferred
