Summary

Join Netradyne's Trial Success team as a Senior Trial Success Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic enterprise sales pursuits. You will work closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams, focusing on end-user training, account configuration, and champion engagement. Leverage your experience as a driver and/or driver manager to provide unique insights into the Driver•i solution. This role requires strong technical and sales skills to understand customer needs and develop effective strategies. You will be responsible for designing and configuring the Driver•i platform, ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Success, and exceeding trial success metrics. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in leading large-scale enterprise product evaluations and excels in cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working with sales prospects in a customer and/or trial success capacity (SaaS and Hardware experience is a plus). Experience working sales opportunities > $2M ARR

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize Netradyne to end users, most importantly drivers and front-line supervisors
  • Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations
  • Partner with the account team in developing and implementing key goals, objectives, and success criteria for each trial
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including product workflows, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques
  • Design and configure the Driver•i platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it solves their problems
  • Assist (if needed) with installations of Driver•i devices for executive demo POCs
  • Ensure a holistic handoff to Customer Success and Deployment - both technical (SE) and practical (Trial Success) of our largest, most complex deployments
