Senior Underwriter

Summary

The job is for a Senior Underwriter at INSHUR, a fast-growing global provider of insurance for the on-demand economy. The role involves managing underwriting strategy, developing insurance products across multiple territories, and requires experience in commercial Fleet insurance, knowledge of insurance regulatory landscape, and skills in data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Plenty of product management and underwriting experience in the commercial Fleet insurance sector (at least 5 years)
• Deep understanding of the insurance regulatory landscape
• Knowledge of all tools and models used in the underwriting process
• Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable with data gathering and manipulation techniques, strong command of Excel and excellent analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Managing the underwriting strategy and ongoing development of our Commercial Fleet portfolio
• Developing and delivering the insurance product strategy, systems and all related activities
• Leading initiatives to accelerate growth and optimise the customer lifecycle
