Senior User Experience Designer

Summary

Join 3Pillar Global as a Product Experience Designer and contribute to the design and development of a next-generation loyalty platform. You will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences, working through the full design lifecycle from competitive analysis to usability testing. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders is key to guiding product direction. Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX design
• Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at practicing a lean UX approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good at presenting designs & articulating design decisions
• Highly collaborative
• Detail-oriented
• Good at accepting feedback

Responsibilities

• Able to work independently on engagements (i.e., without a 3Pillar UX Lead)
• Work on the full design lifecycle, including
• Competitive analysis
• Information architecture
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• Usability testing
• Work with product managers to understand the business requirements
• Present the designs to engineering and assist with visual QA
• Work with engineers in an agile process
• Be able to work quickly while still being thoughtful about the details
