Join Tide's Partner Credit Services team as a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research projects within the credit market. Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience with diverse research methods, particularly in product environments
- Possess strong skills in designing experiments, studies, and research questions
- Be proficient in behavioral analysis, data collection, and moderation across contexts
- Be skilled at analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, with expertise in data visualization
- Be creative and innovative in developing and refining research methodologies
- Have familiarity with Jobs-To-Be-Done research and ability to guide teams in its application
- Be adept at producing compelling reports and presentations
- Be skilled at working with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Be effective at managing stakeholders and aligning research to company objectives

Responsibilities
- Plan and run research activities as a hands-on practitioner
- Work with business stakeholders to scope and prioritize research requests in line with company planning
- Consult on a variety of user research methods across the business and within your product area
- Conduct moderated studies to get a detailed understanding of customer needs
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods as appropriate as well as advising others on when to use each
- Analyze data from fieldwork and make recommendations
- Manage external agencies for participant recruitment purposes
- Work with teams to help identify user driven innovations and improvements
- Adhere to and advocate for top quality standards and best practices in user research
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to synthesize business insights
- Support design leads and product teams as a trusted advisor on all aspects of research
- Define standards and best practices in user research
- Democratize research practices and self-service approaches to empower Tideans to conduct their own research
- Keep abreast of research trends and developments
- Present project findings to the wider business
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a background in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, or similar fields
- Have experience working with digital product teams, especially in start-ups or scale-ups
- Have experience in retail banking or retail financial services
