Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to shape and refine the vision for our cross-platform design systems, aligning them with Epic’s strategic objectives
• Lead the creation of design components, guidelines, and specifications, ensuring consistency and intuitive user experiences across all user interfaces
• Drive innovation within the design system to support product strategy and user engagement across various platforms
• Facilitate alignment and integration of the design system across various product teams, including desktop, web, mobile, console, and PC, promoting cross-team collaboration and efficiency
• Collaborate with design leadership to standardize design processes, advocating for the adoption of the design system and promoting a culture of high quality and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Unreal Engine and Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG) is highly regarded

• Pay Transparency Information: New York City Base Pay Range - $185,075 — $271,443 USD; Washington Base Pay Range - $173,970 — $255,156 USD
