Summary

The Senior Web UX Designer at Ping Identity will lead UX initiatives, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and advocate for best practices in user-centered design. The role requires 6+ years of professional experience as a UX designer, proficiency in design and prototyping tools, experience with front-end development technologies, and familiarity with accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience as a UX designer
• BS/BA in UX design, HCI, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with user research and how to put insights from research into your designs
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy by developing and executing the UX strategy for web-based projects
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are easily understood by all stakeholders involved in the project
• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and functional user interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience
• Create and maintain UX documentation, including user journeys, and design specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the design process
