Summary

League is hiring a Senior Designer for its Market Solutions Design Team. The designer will work with customer stakeholders to define problems and craft solutions, become an expert on the League platform, develop designs for custom features, and contribute to team initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in product design and/or design strategy
• Strong understanding of healthcare in the US and its competitive landscape
• Passion for using design thinking to improve people’s health and overall wellness
• Ability to develop deep understanding of customer / user needs and interpret their intent
• Comfortable operating in and navigating through ambiguous problem spaces in collaboration with cross-functional teammates
• Demonstrable design skills in user flows, journey mapping, prototyping, and workshop facilitation
• End-to-end experience with all aspects of the design process from conception through detailed delivery

Responsibilities

• Work with customer stakeholders to drive collaborative discovery and design process
• Become an expert on the League platform and its capabilities
• Develop designs for custom features that align with business and user objectives
• Partner with the Design Research team to drive or contribute to research
• Own all design deliverables for customer apps

Benefits

Compensation range for USA applicants: $129,000 — $193,400 USD
