Senior UX Designer

Summary

Join OpenX Poland as a Senior UX/UI Designer in Cracow and help innovate and bring our UX to the next level. You will be part of a team owning multiple projects end-to-end, designing enterprise-level UI, and collaborating daily with developers. The role requires at least 5 years of UX/UI experience, the ability to manage the entire UX design process, and experience with enterprise-level UI design. Requirements

• At least around 5 years of experience as a UX/UI
• Ability to run entire UX design process
• Experience with designing enterprise-level UI
• Experience working in digital media or advertising will be a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Design world-class enterprise UI, product structure and functionalities basing on business strategy and requirements
• Architect, create and deliver new features and functionality
• Drive the requirements and own the UX process end-to-end
• Think long-term and be representing both user, business and production team perspective throughout all product development phases
• Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it
• Experience in following, applying, teaching and maintaining a company Design Systems
