Senior UX Designer

Summary

Join RYZ Labs as a UX Generalist in a remote position based in Argentina for a 6-month contract (with potential extension). You will collaborate with multiple product teams in the e-commerce industry, handling projects from concept to implementation. Responsibilities include user research, wireframing, prototyping, design handoff, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, proficiency in Figma, and experience with user research methodologies. Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility

Responsibilities

• Cross-team collaboration: Work with multiple product teams simultaneously, adapting your approach to each team's unique needs and timelines
• Full-cycle design: Take projects from initial concept through final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff
• Rapid iteration: Move quickly through the design process while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
• Stakeholder communication: Effectively gather requirements and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Process optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
• Design system adoption: Work within our established design system while contributing to its evolution

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in AI tools and Figma plugins that enhance UX workflows and productivity
