Senior UX Designer

Summary

Requirements

• At least 4-6 years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for web and mobile applications, preferably at an early stage, B2B SaaS startup
• Advanced usage level with Figma — must have used features like Auto-layout, Styles, Component creation and updates, Commenting, File / Page / Section management, Prototyping, Commenting and Sharing, etc

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points
• Lead the end-to-end UX design process from conceptualization to implementation
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging design solutions
