Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX designer in a product-focused role, with 5+ years of experience
- Successfully designed net new B2C products that make a significant impact on the profitability of the business
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
- Knowledge of best practices in mobile and web design, as well as current design trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Responsibilities
- Champion user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to define and refine the product's design strategy, vision, and goals
- Develop and maintain a clear and organized information architecture for the platform
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate and validate design concepts and user flows
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Establish feedback channels and mechanisms to gather user input and insights for continuous improvement of the platform
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital health or healthcare technology in general
- Previously worked in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment
- Have used Balsamiq to some extent
- Comfortability and excitement about a fully remote environment
