Senior UX Designer

Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX designer in a product-focused role, with 5+ years of experience
• Successfully designed net new B2C products that make a significant impact on the profitability of the business
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
• Knowledge of best practices in mobile and web design, as well as current design trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Champion user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to define and refine the product's design strategy, vision, and goals
• Develop and maintain a clear and organized information architecture for the platform
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate and validate design concepts and user flows
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Establish feedback channels and mechanisms to gather user input and insights for continuous improvement of the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital health or healthcare technology in general
• Previously worked in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment
• Have used Balsamiq to some extent
• Comfortability and excitement about a fully remote environment
