Summary

Join Iterable as a Principal Solutions Consultant and become a key player in our pre-sales team. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives on strategic sales opportunities, crafting compelling presentations, and becoming a product expert. This role requires strong communication and technical skills, experience with enterprise sales cycles, and a passion for learning. You will collaborate with various teams, providing customer feedback and serving as an Iterable evangelist. Requirements

  • 6+ years in a client facing pre-sales experience, preferably SaaS and in MarTech
  • Proven track record of working on large, sophisticated enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 2000 companies
  • Technically curious and self-motivated – passionate about learning
  • Strong experience in any of the following areas, particularly in the Martech/Adtech ecosystem: Mobile, APIs, Programming, Custom Integrations & ETL Processes
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with strength in describing technical issues to others less well versed in technology

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives on our most strategic sales opportunities to assess client challenges, think critically to devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information back to C-Level executives
  • Generate excitement around the Iterable platform by creating compelling value-based demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Become an Iterable product expert to support and sell use case and technical integration solutions for prospective clients
  • Drive trials and proof of concept implementations from initial scoping through to successful handoff to our Professional Services team
  • Serve as a key contributor to both our Product Management and Engineering teams regarding communicating customer feedback
  • Serve as an evangelist for both Iterable at Tradeshows, Industry Events, and key company events such as Company Kickoff and Sales Kickoff
  • Have the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting to people at all levels of the organization (from end-users to the board) would be very valuable
