Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree preferred
- Significant experience in successfully winning complex, multi-country RPO contracts
- Experience building relationships with senior level stakeholders, internally and externally
- Experience of building a sales strategy
- Experience in aligned industry sector (Technology, Healthcare, Life Science, Advanced Manufacturing, Consumer Brands, or Business Services)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, verbal and written
- Proven negotiation skills including closing complex deals
- Ability to influence at all levels including C Suite
- Creative thinker, can demonstrate identifying creative solutions
- High level of business acumen
- Active learner, keeps up to date with latest RPO, HR, and business trends
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Create a sales strategy for the territory for assigned industry sector to build on our successes and achieve greater growth
- Build and lead a team to execute on the strategy
- Participate with sales leadership to build a sustainable and differentiated plan that enables us to win more $10M+ global RPO contracts
- Identify and actively pursue targeted accounts, ensuring alignment to our sectors and business priorities
- Ensure our value proposition and sales strategy remains closely aligned with the business needs, balanced against market expectations
- Act as a trusted advisor working with C-suite executives and human resources leadership teams to identify both business and talent management challenges and opportunities
- Lead all aspects of the sales process
- Collaborate with the client and Cieloβs Solution Design and Enabling Excellence teams to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with bid management and other key identified resources throughout organization to deliver impactful, creative, and relevant proposals and presentations during the sales process
- Showcase superior leadership, teamwork, organizational and communications skills in a client -facing role across a geographically dispersed customer base
- Achieve assigned sales quota with assigned expectations for profitability
- Achieve new account acquisition targets through top target identification, networking, and outbound sales efforts
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Partner closely with Sector MDβs and other members of client services
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Revenue Operations
- Partner closely with Products team
- Provide insights into assigned industry sector to colleagues
- Actively participate as a member of the Global Leadership Team
- Seek cross selling opportunities and collaborate with colleagues as appropriate
