Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, or business development
- Proven success selling integrated healthcare solutions to C-Suite executives within health systems, insurance companies, self-insured organizations, and medical associations
- Strong existing relationships within the healthcare and medical association ecosystem
- Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated expertise in building partnerships that drive measurable value
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue and growth goals
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends in remote patient monitoring, population health, and value-based care
- Familiarity with payer models, health system operations, and medical association goals
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand RPM Healthcare’s footprint within health systems, insurance companies, self-insured employers, and medical associations
- Leverage 10+ years of experience and existing relationships to quickly engage C-Suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CIOs) and leadership teams at medical associations
- Identify, pursue, and close new partnerships that drive revenue growth and program adoption
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, clinical, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless partnership onboarding and implementation
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in health systems, payers, self-insured organizations, and medical associations
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding partner challenges and aligning RPM Healthcare solutions to meet their strategic goals
- Stay informed on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position RPM Healthcare as an industry leader
- Develop tailored messaging and solutions that resonate with diverse partners, showcasing RPM Healthcare’s clinical, operational, and financial value
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives
- Provide accurate forecasts and insights to senior leadership on opportunities, pipelines, and partnership performance
