Summary

Join ReSource Pro as the SVP, Technology Services, and lead the development and growth of a new global business unit focused on delivering technology services to the insurance industry. You will be responsible for establishing and expanding a profitable technology services business unit, delivering cutting-edge solutions to insurance agencies, brokers, and MGAs. Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in technology services, with expertise in P&L management, service delivery, and business growth
  • Proven ability to lead onshore & offshore teams including technical delivery teams with a focus on sales strategies and effective team management
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding customer expectations within an ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing or third-party technology delivery environment), ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrations of acquired technical businesses, focusing on high-level technology delivery, key metrics, and customer-centric processes
  • Experience driving financial outcomes and operational efficiencies within Technology Service businesses
  • Proven leadership experience in technology services, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset to drive growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • A passion for technology and a track record of delivering innovative solutions
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Technology Services: Oversee delivery, develop talent, and drive market expansion into Tech Services while ensuring seamless, high-quality execution that enhances client satisfaction, retention, and profitability
  • Build and Scale a Global Business Unit: Establish and expand a profitable technology services business unit, delivering cutting-edge solutions to insurance agencies, brokers, and MGAs
  • Achieve Financial Targets in Technology Services & Own the P&L: Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Align closely with the Business Development team on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, enabling new business growth and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of talented professionals to deliver exceptional results. Be a coach who leads and gets involved as needed to grow & develop talent
  • Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, identifying and implementing new technologies and services to stay ahead of the curve
  • Forge Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Collaborate Effectively: Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive business growth
  • Establish working relationships: Closely partner with the Revenue team including Business Development & Marketing to create GTM strategies and provide technical expertise during client pitches and deal closings

Preferred Qualifications

True collaborator mentality - this is not a CIO role but will Drive the growth of a new IT outsourcing business unit as its leader. Manage P&L, oversee technical delivery, and build strong relationships with CIO clients
