Senior Visual Designer

Summary

Join BeyondTrust as a Senior Visual Designer and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand identity and creative output. Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visuals for various marketing initiatives. You will develop creative assets for digital campaigns, website content, and sales enablement. Ensure cohesive and impactful designs that strengthen BeyondTrust's position in the cybersecurity space. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You will manage multiple projects and stakeholders while upholding brand guidelines and staying current on design trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within a B2B technology company or creative agency
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or other prototyping tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work, branding projects, and creative campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and design visually compelling materials for digital, social, print, and events
• Uphold and evolve the BeyondTrust brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Develop creative assets for integrated campaigns, website content, product marketing, sales enablement, and other marketing initiatives
• Execute high-quality visual designs, including iconography, illustrations, infographics, animations, and presentation materials
• Work with external vendors and freelancers to oversee creative execution, as needed
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to BeyondTrust’s visual identity
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, etc.) to align creative with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, IAM and PAM
• Experience with motion graphics and animation
