Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working in a corporate EHS or corporate sustainability or consulting capacity
  • Experience presenting clearly and concisely to C-suite/VPs/Directors/Managers
  • Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: water resources management; industrial water efficiency, treatment, reuse, and recycling; climate risk assessment, financial quantification, and mitigation planning; water rights, regulations, standards, and policy; and ESG and sustainability reporting and/or auditing
  • Degree (Masters preferred) in a hydrology, hydrogeology or engineering discipline
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English
  • Ability with Google Suite (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
  • Proactive and hands-on with a collaborative and iterative continuous improvement mindset and approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to self-train and manage own time and deliverables effectively
