Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in graphic and UI/UX design, specifically within marketing and communications, focusing on high-impact design projects that align with strategic business goals
• Some team collaboration experience, including mentoring or guiding peers
• Demonstrated ability to assist in defining project scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and delivering projects with attention to detail and quality
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong knowledge of CSS & HTML for implementing interactive web elements
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure visual consistency
• Proven ability to design sophisticated collateral, pitch decks, and web pages
• Video production experience
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira or ClickUp for managing design tasks; familiarity with Asana, Trello, or similar tools
• Strong ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders
• A creative and analytical approach to design challenges with attention to detail
• Capacity to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality design solutions for marketing materials, pitch decks, and web pages, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs
• Partner with marketers, content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions
• Assist in defining project scope, setting timelines, and managing resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Make informed design decisions regarding typography, color, and imagery, maintaining alignment with web design best practices and a consistent brand look and feel
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create impactful presentations and proposals for potential clients and growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Articulate the value of design solutions and address technical queries during the sales process
• Maintain Invisible’s visual identity by managing brand documentation and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels
• Work closely with the VP of Brand & Communications to refine and expand brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams, sharing best practices and design insights
• Coordinate with the product design team to ensure consistency between marketing/communications design and product design
• Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development

• Base salary: $120,000
• Base + Bonus Target: $165,000
