Requirements
- A proven track record in customer relationship building and account management
- A talent for aligning product features with customer goals, creating winning strategies for both parties
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively
- A knack for thriving in cross-functional, dynamic environments
- The ability to manage multiple projects with precision, staying on top of deadlines and using independent judgment to achieve results
- Proficiency in tools like G-Suite, Excel, and Word to stay organized and productive
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for managing client relationships, ensuring their websites are not only functional but thriving
- Masterfully maintain a ticketing system to address and resolve customer website inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Continue fostering strong partnerships with clients post-onboarding, ensuring their satisfaction with their fully functional websites
- Define project deliverables, establish timelines, and resolve content and technical challenges like a pro
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address issues, delivering swift and effective solutions
- Oversee multiple content management systems to build, track, and maintain websites
- Craft and edit web content, including image editing, proofreading, and ensuring everything aligns with style guidelines and technical specs
- Act as the crucial liaison between internal teams, colleagues, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless website management
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and collaborate with website management to bring new ideas to life
- Play a key role in training new team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team’s success
- Take on additional duties as requested—your flexibility and initiative will shine here
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating, deploying, and updating websites
- Familiarity with Duda, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of domains and DNS
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
