Senior Website Services Specialist

Summary

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for managing client relationships, ensuring their websites are not only functional but thriving
• Masterfully maintain a ticketing system to address and resolve customer website inquiries with speed and accuracy
• Continue fostering strong partnerships with clients post-onboarding, ensuring their satisfaction with their fully functional websites
• Define project deliverables, establish timelines, and resolve content and technical challenges like a pro
• Collaborate with customers to identify and address issues, delivering swift and effective solutions
• Oversee multiple content management systems to build, track, and maintain websites
• Craft and edit web content, including image editing, proofreading, and ensuring everything aligns with style guidelines and technical specs
• Act as the crucial liaison between internal teams, colleagues, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless website management
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and collaborate with website management to bring new ideas to life
• Play a key role in training new team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team’s success
• Take on additional duties as requested—your flexibility and initiative will shine here

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating, deploying, and updating websites
• Familiarity with Duda, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of domains and DNS
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
