Senior Workday Integrations Analyst

Summary
Join PagerDuty as a Sr. Workday Integration Analyst and become the technical point of contact for assigned projects. You will contribute to solution design, create technical documentation, implement integrations, and provide production support. This role involves working on diverse system integration initiatives, primarily with Workday and other People Team systems. You will build strong working relationships with business partners, application users, project managers, internal IT teams, and external application consultants. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Workday integrations and a strong understanding of HCM systems. Requirements
- Proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM and third-party payroll and benefit vendors (e.g. ADP, CloudPay, Fidelity, Aetna, etc.)
- 4 + years of experience within or supporting Human Resources, Financial, or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:Developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations, including Studio, PECI, EIB, RaaS, and Web Service
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:Developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:Working with Workday Studio and Object Transporter (OX 2.0)
- Essential knowledge of XML and XSLT for interaction with SOAP and REST-based web services
- Proven experience managing and ensuring the seamless integration of Workday and vendor systems
- Experience using Jira and Google Suite of Office Products
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing Workday and other interconnected systems
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors
- Integrate Workday with third-party global payroll and benefit providers
- Configure integration security measures for robust data protection
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently
- Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT (nice to have)
- Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance Workday adoption and ease of use
- Engage with internal business users, demonstrating system changes and addressing relevant business needs
- Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication
- Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed
