Summary

Join Centric Software as a Global Sr. Payroll Analyst and lead end-to-end global payroll processing across EMEA and AMER regions. You will serve as the system administrator for multiple payroll systems, collaborating with third-party providers to ensure compliance. Responsibilities include managing monthly payroll close activities, providing employee support, conducting audits, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience managing global payroll for organizations with at least 300 employees. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. This remote position is based in the United Kingdom, Mexico, or Brazil.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing global payroll for organizations with at least 300 employees
  • Proven track record in overseeing end-to-end payroll processes for multinational companies
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and presenting actionable insights into leadership
  • Collaborative experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, tax, payroll, accounting, and finance teams
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-of-the-end global payroll processing across EMEA and AMER regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution
  • Serve as the system administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, managing system updates, maintenance, and integrations
  • Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to meet local statutory requirements, manage tax filings, and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and fringe benefit reporting standards
  • Manage monthly payroll close activities and accurately record payroll transactions, including net pay and taxes
  • Provide expert payroll support to employees and cross-functional teams, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Conduct regular payroll audits and prepare documentation for external audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Lead and support payroll-related projects, including documentation, system upgrades, and re-implementation of international payroll systems
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of internal control policies and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is a strong plus
