SENIOR-LEVEL C# SaaS DEVELOPER

Summary

The job is for a Senior-Level C# SaaS Developer, requiring expertise in cloud development (Azure, AWS or other), .NET applications, microservices, APIs, and DevOps. The candidate should have a BS degree in CS, IT, or related field, 10+ years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Azure, strong software design aptitude, and excellent communication skills. Bonus points are given for experience with microservice architectures, modern UI development, Git, REST APIs, and self-motivation. The company is a leading technology firm looking for remote developers who can work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• BS in CS, IT, or other related field of study, or equivalent experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, REST APIs) and data storage (like SQL, NoSQL, DocumentDB, Table Storage, etc)
• Experienced in development on Microsoft Azure (AWS or other) cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS) and working in a DevOps environment
• Ability to architect and build Azure-based solutions
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Writes automated tests while you code
• Strong software design aptitude
• Proficiency in typed object-oriented programming
• Commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work remotely with diverse teams
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Development of .NET applications, microservices, and APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservice architectures and/or distributed actors (Service Fabric, Kubernetes, Orleans, Docker, etc)
• Experience with modern UI development (React, Node, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc)
• Git familiarity
• Experience with REST APIs
