Join Skillsoft as a Partner Alliances Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with key alliance partners, collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies. You will identify and close partner-influenced opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and engage with senior stakeholders. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partner management, or business development, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven success in driving revenue through alliances, partnerships, or indirect sales channels
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-selling motions
- Experience influencing C-level executives and navigating complex organizations
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools such as Crossbeam, PartnerTap, etc
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a growth mindset
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Through Partnerships: Identify, develop, and close partner-influenced opportunities that align with our strategic growth goals
- Strategic Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key alliance partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term success
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partner strategies with business objectives
- Joint Go-to-Market Execution: Co-create and execute joint business plans, campaigns, and sales motions with alliance partners
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
- Executive Influence: Engage with senior-level stakeholders—both internally and within partner organizations—to drive alignment and momentum
- Sales Discipline: Apply a metrics-driven approach to outreach, meetings, and pipeline coverage to ensure consistent performance
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on partner offerings, competitive positioning, and industry trends to inform strategy and execution
- Operational Excellence: Provide regular updates on pipeline health, partner performance, and strategic risks or opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in eLearning, human capital, or enterprise software solutions
- Experience working with global technology partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce)
