SEO Account Manager

Summary

Join Rankings.io, a dynamic team of experts in legal niche SEM services, as a client relationship manager. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, lead client communication, and analyze campaign data. This role requires 3+ years of digital marketing experience, proven SEM campaign management success, and expertise with Google platforms and analytics tools. You will manage multiple clients and campaigns, create monthly reports, and stay updated on industry trends. The position offers remote work, unlimited PTO, a 3% matched SIMPLE IRA, and 100% employer-funded health insurance. Starting salary is $70,000+ commission.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of managing successful SEM campaigns for clients
• Experience working with Google platforms and Analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, GSC)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns at once

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for our clients
• Lead client communication and serve as the main point of contact between clients and our team
• Communicate consistently, responsively, and proactively to the client's points of contact
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights to clients regarding performance
• Share new services and recommendations to clients in their best interest
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns as needed
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client goals are met
• Create monthly reports for clients summarizing campaign performance and next steps
• Keep abreast of trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect our clients, and highlight our expertise to build trust and potential impact on clients’ campaign

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO campaign management in an agency setting
• Knowledge of the legal niche is a plus
