SEO Associate - Link Building Outreach

Join our team as an SEO Associate and contribute to our link-building strategy focusing on guest posts and niche edits. This remote, full-time position offers hands-on SEO experience within an experienced team. You will research and identify link opportunities, manage outreach, build relationships with publishers, negotiate placements, and track link performance. The ideal candidate possesses basic SEO understanding, strong organizational skills, and excellent written communication. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets is required; experience with Ahrefs, Hunter.io, or BuzzStream is a plus. The interview process involves application review, an interview call, and a final decision.

• You have good written English and are comfortable with structured communication
• You're familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or willing to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Research and identify guest post and niche edit link opportunities
• Maintain and update outreach trackers and link databases
• Conduct email outreach using templates and follow-up sequences
• Manage the full outreach lifecycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and placement
• Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, publishers, and brand partners
• Negotiate pricing, placements, and deliverables with website owners and link vendors
• Record and monitor live link placements and their metrics
• Enter accurate data into spreadsheets and internal tools
• Collaborate with the SEO team on improving outreach strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Ahrefs, Hunter.io , or Buzz Stream — but not required
