Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for our blog, client websites, and other digital platforms
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-ranking keywords for content optimization
• SEOBestPractices: Stay on top of SEO trends and best practices to ensure content aligns with search engine algorithms and attracts organic traffic
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the content team to lead and mentor the team, aligning content strategy with overall marketing goals and campaigns
• Content Planning: Participate in content planning sessions to generate ideas and develop a content calendar that aligns with our client’s objectives
• Quality Control: Ensure all content is error-free, well-structured, and aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation
• Customer Service Excellence: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and expectations. Prioritize customer service by addressing client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
