Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a previous SEO role
• Fluency in English is necessary, both written & verbal
• Japanese language skill is a must
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and implementations
• Expert knowledge of relevant SEO tools such as SEMrush, Arefs, Google Search Console, etc
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Efficient, assertive, data-driven individual who is proactive and an excellent communicator
• A self-starter but can work well in a collaborative team environment
• Detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners and a team of developers to ensure that all parts of product development are fully optimized from a search perspective
• Analyze the data gathered from various tools, such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and SEMrush, and interpret it for the actionable plans for improving products
• Collaborate with Content colleagues to create competitive content based on search behavior and search volume
• Perform SEO audits and provide in-depth and actionable recommendations
• Manage SEO optimization strategies
• Monitor and analyze the relevant competitive landscape and market trends
• Monitor and analyze search performance using analytics- and ranking tools
• Continuously train product SEOs to ensure high standards across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus
• Understanding of Off-Page strategies (link-building) is considered a plus
• Understanding Technical SEO principles is considered a plus
