Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Join our startup mental health practice as a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, grow national presence, and drive performance through paid and organic marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including strategy development, budget management, and performance analysis
• Proven experience growing social media presence across multiple platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex marketing strategies to various audiences
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of communication and organization
• Familiarity with SEO and proven ability to implement effective SEO strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives, identifying viable opportunities and seeing them through to successful completion
• Serve as the subject matter expert in Meta ads, creating budgets, overseeing content development, and tracking performance metrics
• Develop and implement strategies to grow presence across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Research and execute a plan for securing podcast guest spots in target markets
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including the PR firm and Outreach Liaison
• Identify, secure, and manage technical talent such as graphic designers and video editors
• Help develop and implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility and performance
• Use Monday.com CRM to manage marketing projects and workflows effectively
• Monitor traffic statistics using Google G4 and Analytics, create performance reports, and troubleshoot issues as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (G4)
• Familiarity with AI tools for business use
• Experience managing CRM systems such as Monday.com and Mailchimp
• Experience in mental health or healthcare marketing (preferred but not required)
